wcruz@sancholaw.com Wendy joined the Sancho Law Firm in 2020. Wendy focuses on real estate transactions, estate planning, business entity formation, evictions, and complex litigation involving commercial transactions.
Wendy received her Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University in 2013, majoring in Government. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2016. While at St. Thomas, she was on the Dean’s List from Fall 2013 to Spring 2016 and received the CALI Book Award for Excellence in International Law and in Transnational Litigation. Wendy was also a member of the St. Thomas Law Review and President of International Moot Court. Prior to joining the Sancho Law Firm, Wendy was an attorney at Fowler White Burnett, P.A., in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Prior to that, Wendy was an attorney at Brown Sims, P.C., focusing on the defense of claims arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and the Defense Base Act.
