[email protected] Dania is a Florida real estate attorney specializing in real estate transactions, including purchases and refinances. Dania has extensive experience in real estate transactions. With over 9 years of experience in the real estate sector, Dania’s passion for real estate law began as a college student when she began working in the residential lending department of a private bank. This experience allowed her to obtain invaluable knowledge of the federal rules and regulations related to conventional real estate closings.
Subsequently, Dania followed her interest in the field and became a Real Estate Paralegal. She was responsible for handling residential real estate transactions from commencement to post closing, communicating with lenders, sellers, buyers, and agents. Additionally, she also assisted in filing Florida business entities and preparing its corporate documents, and preparing Estate Planning documents. Dania obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from St. Thomas University School of Law. While in law school she was an active member of the St. Thomas Law Review as a Senior Articles Editor, the Moot Court team, FAWL, Peter T. Fay American Inns of Court member, Phi Delta Phi, and the Cuban American Bar Association as Treasurer. She was on the Dean’s List several semesters and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Book Award for earning the highest grade in Real Estate Development and Finance and Advanced Legal Research and Writing. Dania attended Nova Southeastern University, and obtained Bachelor’s in Arts in Legal Studies. Building on that experience, today, as a transactional attorney her practice includes residential closings, structured finance transactions, the acquisition and sale of residential and commercial real estate, business entity formation, and estate planning needs.
